Right of Withdrawal

Have you decided to return your products?
At Bani Mosaici, your satisfaction is our primary goal: if you decide to return products purchased from our store, simply let us know within 14 days of delivery. You are completely free to decide whether to return part or all of your purchase, or to exchange the items. In the event of a return, we will refund the price of the returned products, net of shipping costs, as soon as possible and in any case within 14 days of receiving notification of your intention to do so.
Products that are damaged, show signs of wear of any kind, or are missing the identification tag due to packaging that does not meet shipping standards will not be replaced or refunded. Shipments for exchanges or refunds will not be accepted without prior authorization from Bani Mosaici.
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without having to provide a reason. In this case, the amount paid will be refunded upon return of the goods to the warehouse, after verifying their integrity, net of the shipping costs incurred for delivery. Although shipping is indicated as included, we actually cover the shipping costs and they are included in the price.
In the event of a return due to a defective item, we will cover the entire cost of delivery and collection, and the amount paid will be refunded in full. Upon delivery by the courier, if there are any problems, the customer is OBLIGED to inspect the packaging and accept the goods “subject to inspection,” specifying the type of anomaly found (e.g., damaged packaging, tampered packaging, misplaced package, broken material, etc.), writing it down next to their signature. PENALTY: FORFEITURE of the right to replacement in the event of a damaged item.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal?
Follow these simple instructions.
You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without having to provide a reason, within 14 days.
The withdrawal period expires in any case under the following conditions:
* In the case of a sales contract relating to a single good, from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you acquires physical possession of the goods;
* In the case of a sales contract relating to multiple goods, ordered in a single order and delivered separately, from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you acquires physical possession of the last good.
* In the case of a sales contract relating to the delivery of a good consisting of multiple lots or pieces, from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you acquires physical possession of the last lot or piece.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit statement (for example, by email to info@banimosaici.it ). It is important that this is done within the applicable deadline.

What happens after withdrawal?
We’ll solve every problem together.
If you decide to withdraw from the purchase contract, you will be refunded all payments you made to us, net of shipping costs incurred for delivery, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from your notice of withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. The refund may be withheld until we receive the goods back or until the consumer has demonstrated that they have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

REFUND TO BANK ACCOUNT:
After our warehouse receives your return and verifies that all requirements have been met, you will receive a confirmation email.
Upon acceptance of the return, we will instruct our bank to process the refund. It may take up to 10 days for the refund to be processed. From this point, the time it takes for the amount to appear in your account will depend on your bank’s processing time.

PAYPAL ACCOUNT REFUND
After your return has been received by our warehouse and verified that all requirements have been met, you will receive a confirmation email.
Upon acceptance of the return, we will issue a refund to your PayPal account, which will be visible within 24 hours.
The actual refund to your credit card from your PayPal account depends on the card issuer.
